Amazing and well written. This book provides an overview of how the human body can be tuned.  It’s focused on tuning forks and can also be helpful in understanding the science of how any healing instrument impacts the body.

by Eileen Day McKusick

Takes Human Tuning to the next level by explaining the biofield and how to use vibrational energy to modify it.  It also focuses on tuning forks and can also be applied to other healing instruments.

A lengthier read written by an MD in Oncology. It not only goes into the science behind sound healing, it also provides exercises that anyone can use in their daily life to heal using sound.

Sound Healing Supplies

If you were to have just one, this is the bowl! It’s set at 528 Hz which is known to promote healing. It’s in a high C. Comes with case and mallet.

A set of 7 frosted, crystal singing bowls in 440hz t, each tuned to a specific chakra (notes C-B).  The sound as beautiful as they look.  Comes with carrying cases and mallets.

I love this fork. If you’re going to have 1 fork, this is it. This frequency helps relieve pain and muscle tension as well as calms the mind.  I use this on my son to help him fall asleep by activating it and placing it in the center of his chest, forehead, and crown.  3-5 times in each location.
