If you’re interested in making sound a part of your regular wellness routine, we offer our experiences at reduced rates through our memberships and packages. We also offer gift cards for those looking for that perfect gift.

DRIFT is a dry floating sound bath designed to immerse you in beauty and presence. You’ll be gently settled onto a float and wrapped in blankets as crystal singing bowls create a soothing sound bath meditation beneath open skies. Your senses soften, the nervous system settles, and attention shifts into the moment. DRIFT invites you to slow down, take it all in, and experience beauty fully.

This is a dry float—up to mid-calf may get wet as you board. Please wear warm clothes and be sure you can roll your pants up. All other comforts, including small pillows, cozy blankets, and eye masks, will be provided.

Resonance Within is a sound bath meditation designed to quiet mental chaos so your body can finally exhale. You’ll rest in a comfortable position of your choice while soothing sound healing instruments help slow overstimulated thoughts and soften the nervous system. Without effort or focus, the mind settles and the body finds deeper rest. Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected within.

sYINergy is a yin yoga and sound meditation experience focused on mental clarity through mind–body connection. You’ll be guided into long-held, supported yin shapes using props to allow the body to relax while sound supports release. As attention settles into sensation and breath, the mind naturally quiets and the nervous system softens. sYINergy creates space for clarity to emerge through stillness.

Free sound baths? Yes! If you’re 55+ you can join me at Optum Community Center for free sound baths the first and  third Thursdays of every month (with some exceptions – check their schedule to confirm).

1st & 3rd Thursdays, 2:30-3:30pm – Membership required with Optum Community Center in Tucson ($25/month, billed monthly. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan with a fitness benefit through Renew Active, One Pass or Silver&Fit, that benefit can be used to cover the monthly fee)

IMMERSE is an immersed floating sound bath designed to cool the body and quiet an overstimulated mind. Resting on supportive hammock floats in the water, you’ll gently drift as soothing sound healing instruments create a calming sound meditation around you. The cool water and soundscape work together to help the body relax and attention return to the present moment. Come float, breathe, and let the desert heat fade away.

This is an immersed float—you will be in the water on supportive hammock floats. Floats are provided. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes (if desired).
