Sound baths offer a powerful opportunity to relax and reset, but they can also become a doorway to deeper self-awareness. Discovering Resonance Within helps you move beyond simply experiencing sound and begin learning how to listen through it.
Over four weeks, you’ll explore how sound interacts with your body and nervous system, learning to recognize subtle shifts, sensations, and patterns of resonance that arise within. Through guided sound practices and simple techniques, you’ll begin engaging with sound more intentionally so public sound baths and personal sound practices become more meaningful.
By the end of the program, you’ll better understand how your body responds to sound and how to use that awareness to support relaxation, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your connection with what you experience within.
